UK - FREE SHIPPING on orders over £100
If your order over £100 worth of products then we will happily pay your delivery. Royal mail first class aims to get your parcel to you within 1-2 days after we ship your order. Depending on whether your order is in stock it could take anywhere up to 10 days to fulfill your order. But usually not that long :-)
UK - delivery 1st class - under £100 is £5.95
Should you be ordering something of less value we regret to have to charge delivery to cover our costs. These items though small are still incredibly important and we will send to you 1st Class Royal Mail who aim to be with you within 1-2 days. The same as our larger orders, depending on whether your order is in stock it could take anywhere up to 10 days to fulfill your order. But usually not that long :-)
European Delivery - Royal Mail International Signed for - £12.95
Royal Mail Standard International delivery aims to deliver your parcel 3-5 working days after we dispatch it. If it's in stock you should recieve in this time, if not then you may wait an additional 10 days. However, the last thing we want is for you to wait so if you need it sooner please call and we will do everything we can to speed up delivery for any important events.
Rest of the world - Royal Mail International Signed for - £12.95
This amazing service works the same as our european delivery, so please expect to wait up to 15 days for delivery depending on our stock levels. please note all deliveries may be subject to additional charges if your order is very large. Especially if ordering abroad as there are certain weight restrictions. If this happens we will contact you as soon as possible to quote you for your delivery.
In the unfortunate event you are not 100% satisfied with your wig then we are here to help.
To return your wig or any other item we kindly ask that you please follow these easy steps:
1. Please contact us to let us know that you are returning an item - we will issue you with a refund or exchange code
2. Let us know what the problem is, whether its faulty or you have just had a change of heart - This is important as firstly we will be expecting your return - making your refund easier and quicker to process. Secondly, quality assurance is our number one priority so we like to keep track of everything for you :-)
3. Please fill in your returns form in full, try to leave nothing out so we know exactly why an item has been returned - you will have received a returned form and label with your delivery but if for whatever reason you need another please email us at email@example.com and we will happily send you another one
4. When returning your order please do so within 14 days
Do's and Dont's if you are wanting to return an item
The item must be in its original packaging
The item must not smell of smoke, perfume, or any body odor
To avoid this all wigs and headwear must be tried on using a wig cap
Please do not remove the label. Any item returned without the label attached cannot be refunded
Any item being sent for an exchange - we must receive the returned item before sending out the exchanged product
